    Included

    Lodging, guides, rifle range, meals, on-ranch transportation, and cleaning, skinning, caping & quartering of game. Bring a large ice chest for your game.

    Booking

    A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 or 50% of the hunt (depending on hunt type) is due at booking, for up to 3 days of hunting. Balances are due in 30 days on some hunts and on arrival on others — by credit card, cashier's check, cash or traveler's check. Credit cards carry a 3% surcharge.

    Gratuities

    Not included, and greatly appreciated — typically 10–20% of the hunt. Please remember your guide, cook, skinners and everyone who made your stay a success.

    Camp & hunting policies
    1. All hunters check in at the office and are greeted by the ranch manager or associates.
    2. All guests shoot their weapon of choice at the range, in front of a ranch representative, before going afield.
    3. Every hunter must carry a valid Texas hunting license and comply with all federal, state and county hunting laws.
    4. Firearms are unloaded before entering and before leaving every blind.
    5. Bolts stay open on all firearms while riding in vehicles.
    6. Be sure of your target and what is beyond it before firing.
    7. No alcohol on a hunt day until hunting is finished for the day. Excessive drinking, profanity or vulgarity is not permitted.
    8. Gates stay locked; only owners, partners and staff operate them.
    9. No guest is on the ranch unaccompanied unless approved by the owners. Guests left in a blind stay within sight of it.
    10. Every animal harvested is photographed and logged. Wounded animals are considered harvested — if you draw blood, it's yours.
    11. What's on the ranch stays on the ranch.
    12. Management may end a hunt without refund for any rule violation.
    13. We don't provide alcohol (bring your own), guns or personal effects — with advance notice we can provide a gun and ammo. Texas hunting license and hunter education are the hunter's responsibility.
